The title, Managing Broker, might not mean a lot to everyone, but it’s a role I take very seriously. Real estate agents are independent contractors, which means they’re running their own businesses under the umbrella of a brokerage, like ours, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes. The difference you’ll notice immediately from our agents is the fact that they never have to feel like they’re ‘going it alone’. As a full-time, non-selling managing broker that’s licensed in both Missouri and Kansas, I serve as a question hotline for our agents. And, after 18 years of managing anywhere from 10-60 agents in this business, I’ve learned a ton about the ins and outs of the contracts, the experiences, the marketing, local values, the locations, etc.
